Find Your Creative Flow
Hello, my name is Hailey, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a specialization in Art Therapy.
I earned my Diploma in Art Therapy (DTATI) from the Toronto Art Therapy Institute in 2023. As part of my studies, I completed a Thesis titled An Autoethnographic Research Study of an Art Therapist: A Self-Reflective Art Practice, which focused on the benefits of self-reflection for student art therapists following client sessions in a practicum setting. This research deepened my self-awareness and passion for using creative processes, such as art-making and journaling, as powerful tools for self-connection and growth.
In my practice, I offer a space for self-expression through a blend of art-making, journaling, self-reflection, and conversation. Whether you’re an experienced artist, a hobbyist, or new to art-making, I am here to support and witness you on your unique journey. With a deep passion for both creating art and helping others, I was inspired to create a virtual space to assist
others in finding their creative flow.
I currently offer virtual sessions to individuals across Ontario, Canada, through the Jane App.

Although Creative Flow Art Therapy is a Virtual Practice it is rooted within Barrie, Ontario.
We humbly acknowledge we in Barrie are on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the Anishinaabeg people, which include the Odawa, Ojibwe, and Pottawatomi Nations collectively known as the Three Fires Confederacy, and prior to the middle of 17th century the Wendat Nation and is now home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples. We add our voices to the call for Truth and Reconciliation and healing for injustice. We commit to learning more so that we are able to act as good neighbours on these lands.
