Find Your Creative Flow
Find Your Creative Flow
My name is Hailey and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) specializing in Art Therapy.
I graduated from the Toronto Art Therapy Institute and received a Diploma in Art Therapy (DTATI) in 2023. This past year I completed a Thesis, titled An Autoethnographic Research Study of an Art Therapist: A Self-Reflective Art Practice as the final step to complete my Diploma in Art Therapy. This study focuses on the benefits of a Student Art Therapist engaging in a self-reflective practice after sessions with clients in a practicum setting. Through this practice I have become more self-aware and passionate about the benefits of using the creative process and journaling as a form of connecting with the self.
Self-expression can be explored through a combination of art-making, journaling, self-reflection and talking. Whether you are an artist, create art as a hobby or are completely new to art-making I can hold space and witness you on your journey. I have a passion for creating art and helping others, so I was driven to create my own virtual space to support individuals in finding their creative flow.
I currently offer virtual sessions to adults (18+) across Ontario, Canada using the Jane App.

Although Creative Flow Art Therapy is a Virtual Practice it is rooted within Barrie, Ontario.
We humbly acknowledge we in Barrie are on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the Anishinaabeg people, which include the Odawa, Ojibwe, and Pottawatomi Nations collectively known as the Three Fires Confederacy, and prior to the middle of 17th century the Wendat Nation and is now home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples. We add our voices to the call for Truth and Reconciliation and healing for injustice. We commit to learning more so that we are able to act as good neighbours on these lands.
